Wholesale Terms and Conditions
The nursery is open for business Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wholesale customers should provide 48 hours advance notice for picking up orders if a date has not previously been arranged.
We welcome the opportunity to provide price quotes. Please submit your list via fax or e-mail.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We welcome advance orders, and will honor prices quoted within 1 year.
Payment can be made by Check, Visa or MasterCard.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold plants. All sales must be paid in full at the time of pick-up or delivery.
Orders carried over for more than three months past the scheduled delivery date will be charged an additional holding fee.
The following discounts are provided to wholesale clients whose invoices are paid within 30 days only. Discounts are based upon the total sales amount according to the following schedule.

Delivery and Shipping
Our truck delivery costs are estimated on the basis of truck size and travel distance, round trip. The customer must provide assistance for unloading plant material. Please call for a quote regarding delivery cost.
Dormant herbaceous plant materials plugs or quart pots can be packed and shipped by UPS. However, many growing herbaceous plant materials are difficult to ship by UPS. Please call in advance for shipping arrangements.
Dormant and growing tree and shrub seedling plugs can be packed in cartons by the nursery staff and shipped by UPS. All other containerized trees and shrubs should be delivered by Environmental Concern or picked-up by the customer. Please provide at least 48 hours advance notice.
Plant materials delivered by EC in unsatisfactory condition or quality must be reported to EC immediately upon receipt. No claims will be considered unless reported on the day of receipt of materials. If damaged materials are received from UPS, Federal Express, or other carriers, this damage must be reported to the carriers immediately for their inspection. EC will not be held responsible for the condition of shipments after they leave our premises by carriers other than our own. All such claims must be filed with the carrier.
