Help create a book written BY kids FOR kids!

The challenge consists of two parts, Writing and Illustrating.
Part 1: The Writer's Challenge is open to all students in graders 6-9. Write a creative and interesting children's story based on the 2010 theme, the winning story will be published as a children's book in May to celebrate American Wetlands Months.

AMAZING ADAPTATIONS

Extraordinary, strange, unique, and incredible.... they breathe underwater, they fly through the air...no it's not the circus in town, it's the weird and wonderful world of wetlands! Discover the AMAZING ADAPTATIONS of wetland plants and animals as you dive into the 2010 Write On! Wetlands Challenge. Bees aren't the only ones with knees....
