How long can I use it?
The use/ rental period for the trunk is two weeks. This time is measured from the day that the renter receives the trunk to the day that the trunk is received by Environmental Concern.
Can other teachers at my school use it?
Yes, but the original user is responsible for any damaged or lost items. The trunk must be returned within the two week rental period. Late fees will be assessed.
Fees and Penalties
The two week rental fee for the trunk is $75, which covers roundtrip shipping cost via UPS. There is a required refundable deposit of $200 and a $10 late fee per day. If you anticipate the trunk will be delivered late, please notify the coordinator, so that we can make adjustments for the next scheduled school.
If the damage to the trunk materials exceeds $200 the renter is responsible for additional cost. The fee will be determined by cost of the missing item. The renter is not responsible for any material damaged during shipping. Please inventory all items upon arrival of the trunk and notify the Trunk Coordinator if any items are damaged. By signing the agreement, the user authorized Environmental Concern to charge them for any materials damaged beyond use while in custody of the renter. No charges will be made outside of consultation with the renter.
