The following programming is suitable for presenting at a library.

 

Books, Bogs, and Bugs Series (age 4 - 8)

This series introduces children to wetland habitats using developmentally appropriate books, crafts and activities. Choose from What is a Wetland, Beaver, Insects, Birds, Turtles or do them all!

Skins, Skulls, and Shells (age 9 - 13)

This Program will create awareness of wetland creatures and of the adaptations that allow specific aquatic mammals, reptiles and mollusks to survive in wetland habitats.

Traveling Library Display

This display travels to libraries primaril around the Eastern Shore of Maryland to help celebrate American Wetlands Month each May. Check out the Events Calendar to find out when it will be at a library near you.
