Registration and Cancellation
Refund Policy:

Environmental Concern reserves the right to cancel a course at any time.  In the event that the course is cancelled, registrants will be notified and receive a full refund.  Registrations are secured only with payment. A credit card maybe used to secure a space if followed with payment in another form prior to the course.  A $15 ($25 for professional courses) late fee will be charged for registrations received within one full week of the course.  Participants are not eligible for a refund if cancellation is given less than 3 business days before the course date.  If a participant fails to show for the course, and alternative payment has not been made, credit cards will be charged the full course fee.   Space is limited and is filled on a first come basis.

Payment in full is confirmation that the registrant has read, understands, and agrees to Environmental Concern’s refund and cancellation policy for this course.

 Course Details:

Environmental Concern confirms all courses based on the class’s registration-level two weeks prior to the scheduled course. EC Educators will email a course confirmation letter to each participant that includes directions, course time, and other logistical support.

The courses will be held upstairs in the education building.

Parking is available if you follow the driveway to the front of the main building. There is additional parking to the left between the greenhouses and the seed selection boxes. Street parking is available on West Chew Street.
